Student Computer Damage Waiver Plan

Open Enrollment - 26/27 School Year

Open Enrollment Period: now through 9/25/2026. To enroll your learner in the Technology Damage Waiver you should create an account with e~Funds. To view payments and any fees owed log onto your PowerSchool parent access account and navigate to the balance section.

There will be no chance to enroll in this program after 9/25/2026 unless your learner moved into the district after the school start date. Any family the does not enroll within the enrollment period will have the fee removed from their learners account.

Student Computer Damage Waiver Plan

The Technology Services Department offers learners voluntary damage coverage for their District issued technology devices. This covers damages to the devices for the current school year. The waiver will be available to purchase until 30 days after the school year starts; at which time the fee will be removed from the learner’s account. Learners who move into the district thoughout the year will have 30 days to enroll in this program. 

To view payments and any fees owed log onto your PowerSchool parent access account and navigate to the balance section.

Individual Waiver - $30.00 Family Waiver (2+ Learners) - $45.00 Free/Reduced Lunch Learners - Fee Waived

Coverage

Accidental Damage: Cracked Screens, Liquid Damage, Charger/Bag, Loaner Devices Loss/Theft (If a police report has been filed and is provided to the district)

Exclusions

Any dishonest, fraudulent, malicious, or criminal acts Any use not in accordance with District Acceptable Use Policy 815 Disappearance of the device not reported to local law enforcement

Waiver Payment Responsibilities

1st Accidental Damage - $0 2nd Accidental Damage - $15 Any Additional Accidental Damages - Full price to repair device

**All unpaid fees will stay with the learners account each year and are required to be paid in order for them to receive their diploma.**
